About Reflection Hair & Beauty

A family-run salon built on trust, expertise, and heartfelt care

Reflection is our proudly family-run salon based in the heart of the North West, and it’s grown into something more beautiful than we ever imagined.

What started as a small shop with a close-knit team has blossomed into a vibrant, welcoming space—thanks to a leap of faith we took during the challenges of COVID-19. In the midst of lockdown, we decided to take a chance and build the salon we had always dreamed of. With the help of our talented and ever-supportive husbands—who rolled up their sleeves to handle the building and decorating—we brought our vision to life from the ground up.

Today, Reflection is home to an exceptional team of experienced stylists and beauty professionals who share our passion for care, creativity, and connection.

We are endlessly grateful to our hardworking staff and loyal clients—without whom none of this would be possible. Together, you’ve helped turn Reflection into more than just a salon. You’ve made it a family.

Kate

Lead Therapist, Stylist, Skin Specialist

& Salon Director

With 25 years of experience, Kate is a highly skilled and dedicated lead therapist, stylist, skin specialist, and integral part of Reflection as Salon Director. She began her career with a passion for nails and has since developed a strong expertise in advanced skin treatments, including microneedling and IPL.

Kate’s commitment to excellence was recently recognised with the PHAB Service Star award for outstanding service and performance. She continually pursues professional development and encourages the team to do the same, believing that ongoing learning is key to keeping the salon at the forefront of the industry and delivering the highest quality services to clients.

Annmarie

Master Stylist & Salon Director

With over 30 years of industry experience, Annmarie is both a highly respected Master Stylist and a big part of the driving force behind Reflections as our Salon Director. Her knowledge, care, and dedication to client satisfaction are at the heart of everything she does.

Renowned for her precision cutting and commitment to maintaining the integrity of the hair, Annmarie continues to work hands on as a sought after stylist. Her passion, combined with her leadership, plays a key role in guiding the team and shaping Reflections into the 5-star salon it is today.

Brenda

Management stylist
Salon Manager

With over 50 years of experience in the hair industry, Brenda is the heart of Reflections. From managing some of the UK’s largest salons to mentoring new businesses and training future professionals, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team.

Brenda has helped countless young people begin their careers in hairdressing, making a lasting impact on the industry. Now working part-time, she continues to share her expertise and passion, inspiring the next generation of stylists every day.

Gemma

Senior Stylist
Advanced Extensions Specialist

Gemma joined Reflections Hair and Beauty in 2021 as our talented Senior Stylist. Since then, she has completed a range of advanced training with Wella, covering everything from precision cutting to expert colouring techniques.

Her true passion has become hair extensions, where she thrives on creating beautiful transformations. Gemma also has a keen interest in becoming a blonde specialist, with a love for crafting the perfect blonde look for every client.

Currently on maternity leave, Gemma will be returning to the salon in 2026. We’re looking forward to welcoming her back and continuing to support her journey as the amazing stylist she is.

Amie

Senior Stylist
& Colour Specialist

Amie joined Reflections in 2023, bringing her creative flair and passion for hair to the team. Working alongside our senior stylists ,she quickly established herself as a talented professional known for stunning hair transformations and a fearless approach to new colouring techniques.

She has completed advanced colour training with Wella and, in 2024, qualified in tape hair extensions . Amie also specialises in curly blow-dries, hair-ups, and wedding hair—creating beautifully styled looks for all occasions.

Dedicated to delivering a high standard of work, Amie continues to grow and impress with her skill, creativity, and attention to detail.

Bethan

Stylist & Colour Specialist
Finalist in "Stylist of The Year"

Bethan is the youngest member of our team, joining Reflections in 2025. Despite being early in her career, she has already proven herself to be a talented and valued stylist, known for creating beautiful colouring services and standout styles.

With a natural flair for hair from a young age, Bethan’s passion for colour and creativity shines through in every client she works with. She is also fully trained in hair extensions and was proudly achieved highly recommended HBA Stylist of the Year in 2024.

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a driven and gifted young professional on our team, and we’re excited to see the work she continues to create in the years ahead.

Robyn

Junior Skin Therapist

Robyn is the hub of Reflections Hair and Beauty. As our front-of-house lead, she manages everything from reception duties ,client bookings to running our social media with ease and professionalism
Alongside being an outstanding receptionist, Robyn is also an Fd
A-qualified makeup artist and trained lash technician, offering both lash lifts and extensions. She’s currently expanding her skills further as she trains to become one of our next skin therapists.

With her sparkly personality and dedication to growth, Robyn brings warmth, organisation, and a passion for beauty to every part of the salon.

Katie

Level 3 Beauty Therapist & Brow Specialist

Katie joined Reflections in 2021 and has grown into a highly skilled and dedicated therapist. Since starting, she has continued to advance her training—developing her nail expertise and gaining qualifications in advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion and IPL laser.

Katie’s true passion lies in brows. In 2023, she became a qualified microblading therapist and has since completed advanced powder brow training in semi-permanent makeup. With a strong focus on precision and results, Katie is committed to growing her skills in this area and delivering beautiful, confidence-boosting results for every client.

Abigail

Award Winning Master Nail Technician

Abigail has been part of Reflections since the very beginning. After a short break to further develop her skills, she returned in 2024 as an award-winning nail artist. Now working part-time, Abby delivers expertly designed, high-quality nail treatments with creativity and precision we are very lucky to have her skill and does very well at reflection .
